Filing Federal tax return extension after April 15, 2019!?

I got a client asking filing extension for her on April 16th, 2019, and the answer is NO. To minimum her late filing penalty, late payment penalty and interest, she should file her return and pay the tax due ASAP. Here is the link from IRS website describing this situation.
